If you have received any item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order.
If you change your mind or the reason for return is due to your personal preference, we will not bear any shipping and handling fee for returning your item.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item and/ or we are responsible for it, we will bear the shipping fee for your return. Please make sure to keep the receipt of any courier or postage for your return.
We will not accept your return if the followings apply.
* over 11 days from the date you purchased it.
* Any item you altered and/ or dry cleaned
* Any item you damaged
